Praseodymium-neodymium oxide is an important rare earth compound and a key raw material for manufacturing high-performance permanent magnetic materials, such as neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) magnets. These magnets are widely used in various electronic devices, motors, sensors, and magnetic drive components, including drive motors for humanoid robots and new energy vehicles. In addition, praseodymium-neodymium oxide is used in architectural and household ceramics, where it can be mixed with ceramic glazes to produce colored glazes or used alone as an underglaze pigment, yielding a light yellow hue with a pure and elegant tone. It can also serve as a coloring agent and clarifier in glass production, imparting special optical properties to the glass.

Northern Rare Earth’s business scope includes: rare earth concentrates, deep-processed rare earth products, rare earth new materials, and rare earth application products; niobium concentrates and their deep-processed products; metallurgical products, coal and its deep-processed products, chemical products, and optoelectronic products; as well as the manufacturing, procurement, and sales of equipment and spare parts, among others.
