提高白钨矿回收率的方法

1．将白钨原矿采取，磨细；

2．磨细后的矿浆加入碳酸钠、水玻璃、捕收剂ZL，搅拌后进行粗选，得到粗精矿与粗选尾矿；

3．将步骤(2)得到的粗精矿加入搅拌介质Ⅰ与水玻璃，搅拌后进入精选Ⅰ，得到精Ⅰ精矿与精Ⅰ尾矿；

4．将步骤(3)得到的精Ⅰ精矿加入搅拌介质Ⅱ与水玻璃，搅拌后进入精选Ⅱ，得到精Ⅱ精矿与精Ⅱ尾矿，精Ⅱ精矿作为最终精矿；

5．将步骤(4)得到的精Ⅰ尾矿进入磁选Ⅰ，磁选精矿作为搅拌介质Ⅰ循环利用，磁选尾矿作为中矿1；

6．将步骤(4)得到的精Ⅱ尾矿进入磁选Ⅱ，磁选精矿作为搅拌介质Ⅱ循环利用，磁选尾矿作为中矿2；

7．将步骤(2)得到的粗选尾矿加入捕收剂ZL，经三次扫选，扫Ⅰ精矿作为中矿3，扫 Ⅱ精矿作为中矿4，扫Ⅲ精矿作为中矿5，扫Ⅲ尾矿作为最终尾矿
