After doping with lithium perchlorate, the crystallization temperature of the entire WO3 film was not changed, and the optimum heat treatment temperature was still 220°C. Besides, the average thickness of the WO3 film was about 270nm.

Experts have found that when the structure and color change response of the prepared Li doped film is optimal, the optimum ratio of the tungsten trioxide precursor is W powder (g): hydrogen peroxide (ml): acetic acid (ml): absolute ethanol (ml): ethylene glycol monomethyl ether (ml): lithium perchlorate (g) --- 1:2.75:0.75:2:1:0.0875. The WO3 precursor was prepared in this optimal ratio and then doped. After calculation, the optimum doping amount of lithium perchlorate was 13.7%. However, the expert used lithium acetate as a lithium source, and it was found that the optimum doping amount was only about half of the value. Therefore, if the WO3 film is prepared by the method, the selection of doping source has an influence on the doping amount, which may be caused by hydrolysis or the like, and the specific reason needs further investigation and discussion.
