WO3 Applied for FTO Conductive Glass

WO3 can be applied to FTO conductive glass in the form of a film. Specifically, the hydrothermal precursor fluid must be configured first:

5g of tungstic acid was dissolved in 60mL of hydrogen peroxide at 95°C, cooled to room temperature, and diluted to 200mL with deionized water to obtain a hydrothermal precursor liquid with a concentration of 0.1mol/L.

Then, hydrothermal reaction was further carried out: 10.5mL of hydrothermal precursor liquid, 3.5mL of 3mol/L hydrochloric acid, 28mL of deionized water, 14mL of absolute ethanol and a certain amount of urea were transferred to a hydrothermal kettle with a volume of 70mL. The surface of the FTO glass coated with the WO3 seed crystal was placed obliquely in the hydrothermal kettle and incubated at 120°C for 2h, wherein the amount of urea added was 0 and 1.2mmol. After the hydrothermal reaction is completed, the FTO conductive glass is taken out, washed with ethanol, and dried to obtain an FTO conductive glass coated with a WO3 film.
