The wet coating method may be spin coating, casting, bar coating, blade coating, roller coating, wire bar coating or dip coating. The transparent substrate used may be a glass or a transparent resin layer. The transparent resin layer may be polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, acrylic resin, polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride or the like.
