Ammonium Metatungstate Powder Applied for Thermal Insulation Coating

Ammonium metatungstate powder can be used for preparing nano cesium tungsten bronze powder. The obtained nano powder is made into nano heat insulation dispersion by using a suitable dispersing agent. And the obtained dispersion can be used to prepare thermal insulation coating after being combined with the binder. The binder used in the transparent heat insulating coating of nano particle size cesium tungsten bronze may be an organic binder, an inorganic binder or a pressure sensitive adhesive. The organic binder are various in types such as an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, or a silicone resin, phenoxy resin, polyurethane resin, urea resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin (ABS resin), polyvinyl butyral resin, polyether resin, fluorine resin, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyamide, starch, cellulose, the aforementioned copolymer or a mixture of the foregoing; the inorganic binder includes tetraethoxysilane, triisopropoxy, tetrabutoxy or tetraisopropoxy.
