Ammonium Metatungstate Powder Applied for Near-infrared Shielding Material

Ammonium metatungstate powder can be used to prepare cesium tungsten bronze nano powder, and thus be used to prepare transparent thermal insulation dispersion. Finally, a new near-infrared shielding material such as a transparent architectural glass heat insulation film will be obtained. Specifically, the producing processes are as follows:

The cesium tungsten bronze nano powder is prepared by using ammonium metatungstate and cesium nitrate as raw materials; the cesium tungsten bronze is dispersed in a solvent by a suitable dispersing agent to prepare a nano transparent heat insulating dispersion; and the transparent dispersion is dispersed; in this process, cesium tungsten bronze is dispersed in the binder to obtain a transparent heat-insulating coating; apply the coating to the transparent substrate by wet coating, and dried to form transparent heat insulation film. In the film, the transparent heat insulating material, cesium tungsten bronze, accounts for about 1-99% by weight.

Wherein, the dispersing agent used for preparing cesium tungsten bronze dispersion may be a polymeric dispersant, such as a salt of a polyamine amide of a high molecular weight copolymer, a salt of a polyester, an unsaturated polyamine amide or an inorganic salts of acid esters, etc. The solvent used for the transparent dispersion may be water, methanol, ethanol, n-butanol, isopropanol, cyclohexanone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl t-butyl ketone, diethyl ether, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, glycol ether, ethylene glycol ether, tetrahydrofuran, propylene glycol methyl acetate, ethyl-2-ethoxyethanol acetate, ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate, isoamyl acetate, chloroform, N-hexane, heptane, pentane, benzene, toluene, xylene, or cyclohexane, etc.
