Nano particle size cesium tungsten oxide, or nano grain size cesium doped tungsten bronze, may be used to prepare infrared ultraviolet shielding material such as polyurethane transparent heat-insulating coatings, and then be applied to architectural or automotive glass. So, these glasses will have the function of absorbing infrared rays and blocking ultraviolet rays to achieve the purpose of energy saving, cooling, and consumption reduction.

So, how to prepare a polyurethane transparent heat insulation coating? The coating material with polyurethane as a film-forming substance has excellent wear resistance. And the obtained film has strong adhesion. Also, the elasticity of the film can be adjusted as needed. Among them, the Cs0.33WO3 transparent thermal insulation coating formulation with polyurethane resin as the film-forming material: the content of Cs0.33WO3 is 0.7(w%), the deionized water is 5(w%), and the wet dispersing agent is 0.64(w%). The deoaming agent is 1(w%), and the polyurethane resin is 73.42(w%).
