Molybdenum Concentrate Price - November 28, 2022

China molybdenum market keeps strong on November 28, 2022. Under the joint influence of the low stock of molybdenum concentrates, the number of bids for steel companies and the rise in prices, the quotations of molybdenum mining companies have increased significantly. 

In the context of the rapid rise in raw material prices, the prices of molybdenum chemicals and their products have also passively increased. At present, the prices of molybdenum concentrate, ferromolybdenum and molybdenum oxide have reached new highs, respectively 3,430 yuan/mtu, 229,000 yuan/ton and 3,520 yuan/mut.

In terms of news: According to data from the China Iron and Steel Association, in mid-November 2022, the steel inventory of key steel companies will be 17.3001 million tons, an increase of 3.46% over the previous ten-day period, an increase of 5.02% over the end of last month, and a decrease of 2.36% over the same period of last month. An increase of 53.14% over the end of last year, an increase of 24.22% over the same period last year.
