China’s Xianglu Tungsten Raised its Offers for Late December

Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

The ferro tungsten and tungsten powder prices in China remain strong in the week began on Monday December 28, 2020 despite of relative low trading activity with the approaching of the holiday of New Year's Day. 

China’s Xianglu Tungsten released its offers for the second half of December: 55% black tungsten concentrate was quoted at $13,730.2 per tone, up $238.1 per tone from the first half of December; 55% scheelite concentrate was quoted at $13,495.1 per tone, up $238.1 per tone; APT was quoted at $235.7 per mtu, up $1.3 per mtu from early December. 

The national industrial enterprises above designated size reached a total profit of 574.45.0 billion yuan from January to November, an increase of 2.4% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 1.7% higher than that from January to October, according to the statistics from the Bureau of Statistics. At the end of November, the assets of industrial enterprises above designated size reached 126.70 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.9% year-on-year; the asset-liability ratio was 56.6%, a decrease of 0.1% year-on-year.
