China Dysprosium Oxide Price - May 28, 2019

Rare earth market quotation in China: rare earth prices have gradually returned to stabilize when market mentality becomes more rational after the ban on imports from Myanmar and the visit of rare earth enterprises of central leaders. Insiders pointed out that domestic environmental protection inspections are not diminished, coupled with the rectification of the order of the rare earth industry, Myanmar's restrictions on exports, the supply is greatly reduced, and that would be a certain positive support for the industry. 

From May 13 to May 26, among heavy rare earth products, the lowest price of dysprosium oxide was RMB 1,990/t, an increase of 34.46 percent in biweekly; among light rare earth oxides, PR ND oxide price rose sharply to RMB 328,000/t, increased by 26.64 percent in biweekly; praseodymium oxide price rose by 2.85 percent, according to the data from China Rare Earth Industry Association.
