The present invention provides a method of preparing a powder pressure sintering tungsten chromium alloy solid solution, which is characterized in that:

The microstructure of this material is a single-phase solid solution of chromium tungsten.

Specific steps are as follows:

1) Select a particle diameter of 6 ~ 10μm, purity greater than 99.9%, the oxygen content of the tungsten powder 500 ~ 800ppm; selected diameter of 45 ~ 100μm, a purity greater than 99.9%, an oxygen content of 800 ~ 1500ppm chromium powder, tungsten powder mass ratio of 50% to 93%, 7% to 50% of the proportion of chromium powder into the blender;

2) In the tungsten powder mixer, chromium tungsten powder by powder, chromium powder, 2 to 5% of the total mass of the process control agent is added and mixed in a blender 3.5 to 5 hours, the process control agent of volatile organic solvent;

3) The last step mixed powder granulation;

4) The granulated powder is molded or after cold isostatic pressing, a pressure of not less than 50MPa, the blank as far as possible compaction;

5) The press good reduction under hydrogen blank 900 ℃ ~ 980 ℃ 50 ~ 90 minutes, 1450 ℃ ~ 1600 ℃ sintering or hot isostatic pressing sintering 2 to 4 hours, the solid solution that is made of tungsten-chromium alloy .

Chromium-tungsten alloy solid solution obtained by the present invention for preparing fine, dense structure with high hardness, a low value and a high resistance to closure of voltage intensity.
