China Ferro Molybdenum Prices - May 8, 2020

The ammonium molybdate, ammonium heptamolvbdate and ferro molybdenum prices increased slightly under relatively active trading activity in the market. Under the increased demand from downstream and low inventories of raw materials, molybdenum concentrate enterprises keep firm offers.

In the ferro molybdenum market, steel mills are active in steel tenders but the supply of raw materials is tight, and thus ferro molybdenum in the spot market is hard to purchase. Prices in the molybdenum chemical and its products market increased slightly. Under strong rised mentality of upstream and the slightly increased enquiries from end customers, suppliers are reluctant to sell at low prices.
