The Production of Tungsten Alloy Rod

The present invention relates to a method of the high density tungsten alloy rod material  by using the extrusion process. The plasticizer is the white paraffin. In the particular temperature and speed of extrusion, the dough in a flowing stream of hydrogen is timedewaxing and pre-sintered. At last, liquid phase is sintering, and vacuum heat treatment. The dough has the features of  high strength, high toughness, and stablility.
