Process for Production of Aqueous Ammonium Tungstate Solution

A process for producing an aqueous ammonium tungstate solution, comprising the steps of: adding sulfuric acid to a solution containing tungstate ions; bringing the sulfuric-acid-containing solution into contact with an anion exchange resin; and bringing the anion exchange resin into contact with an aqueous solution containing ammonium ions. The method can inhibit the generation of salts, while efficiently recover tungsten.

A method of preparing an aqueous solution of ammonium tungstate, comprising the steps of: a solution containing tungstate ion in sulfuric acid; adding the sulfuric acid which has the solution with an anion exchange resin; the anion exchange and contacting the resin with an aqueous solution containing ammonium ions.
