Nanoscale Tungsten Powder Preparation(1)

This note provides a method to get nanoscale tungsten powder preparation by Spray drying - fluidized bed.It is also known as thermochemical method, injection conversion method. U.S.Ratgers University L.E.McCandlish and B.H.Kear invented spray dry - fluidized bed technology Nanometer WC powder, tungsten oxide powder deoxidation is only a part . This method is to use a spray drying technique to get the AMT powders ((NH4) 6 • H2W12O40 • 4H2O). In the appropriate atmosphere the AMT powders are thermally decomposed to obtain a tungsten oxide powder and finally deoxidation with hydrogen to obtain the nano metal tungsten powder.

Spray drying - fluidized bed has short process route and finish mass production of nano tungsten metal powder. But it still has a lot of difficulties and is in the trial stage.
