Brief description of this technology:
The use of membrane technology is a method of preparating high purity of raw materials ammonium metatungstate. The ammonium metatungstate raw materials are directly implemented by acid dissolution of the ammonium  and after the desalting and concentration step of the nanofiltration membrane, by evaporation of the crystal drying step,   Ammonium metatungstate products are produced. Compared with the modern techonology, the method of the present invention omits the roasting process,  and does not have to go back to the converter equipment. That can reduce the fixed investment and  production cost. At the same time this method may remove the ammonium metatungstate product generated after the reaction of the ammonium paratungstate with acid ammonium nitrate impurities, thus that can  improve the quality of products, reduce the multiple aging use , to the disadvantage of low yield of pure ammonium metatungstate by suction filter natural filtering methods, improve product recovery. The method of preparation of ammonium metatungstate product has  good fluidity, good solubility, high purity, high recovery rate. That also can  overcome the shortcominmgs of  existing technical ammonium metatungstate low solubility products,  product quality and the recovery rate.
