Preparation of High Bulk Density Tungsten Nickel Alloy

2) The composition of the electroforming solution of nickel sulfamate: 120 to 350 g / l, nickel chloride: 20 ~ 45 g / l, sodium tungstate: 480 ~ 1400 g / l, boric acid: 10 ~ 50 g / l . In the electroforming process, we should stire, the stirring speed: 60 to 130 rev / min;

3) Electroforming process performed at a constant temperature is 550C, then the filtration residue, electroforming process control time: 1 hour to 12 hours.

Advantage of the present invention is that: the Ni atom, and W atoms in each electric crystal grains was occupied by each gap arrangement, succeeded in preparing high density tungsten-nickel alloy block.
