A Preparation Method of Nano Tungsten Trioxide for Dining Room Thermal Insulating Film

Step One: Heat the saturated ammonium tungstate solution to 69 °C, then add ammonium chloride (addition amount is 8-13 g/L), and stir for 0.5-1 h;

Step Two: Add tartaric acid (addition amount is 11-14 g/L), ethylenediamine tetrapropionic acid (addition amount is 23-32 g/L) and diethanolamine (addition amount is 6-9 g/L) in order. Stir to completely dissolve and continue stirring for 1-2 h;

Step Three: Continuously stirring, add 320-380 ml/L of nitric acid to form a tungstic acid gel;

Step Four: Put the gel in a heating oven to dry at 140-150 °C, the heating rate is set to 1-2 °C/min, hold for 1-2 h, and then increase the temperature to 340-380 °C at 2-3 °C/min, holding for 2-3 h, calcining, and finally the nano tungsten trioxide can be obtained by ball milling.
