The experts obtained mathematical models related to the optical properties and the addition amount of Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles and coating thickness through a large number of experiments, and determined that the amount of Cs0.32WO3 added is 6% and the coating thickness is in the range of 4.6-5.1 μm. With excellent near-infrared shielding performance, the near-infrared light shielding ratio of Cs0.32WO3 transparent insulating glass is higher than 89.8%, the ultraviolet light shielding rate is higher than 99.6%, and the visible light transmittance is 71.6%, meeting the automotive glass regulations.
