Such coating is composed of mixed slurry of nano tungsten oxide and antimony tin oxide with a particle diameter of 5 to 10 nm, a resin and a diluent. Among them, the nano WO3 is an alcohol solution or an aqueous solution with a solid content of 30%. And the nano antimony tin oxide is also an aqueous solution or an alcohol solution with a solid content of 30%. The alcohol is n-butanol or ethanol. While do you know how to prepare nano tungsten oxide alcohol (aqueous) solution? The processes are as follows:

Mix nano tungsten oxide powder of a particle size of 300-500 nm and a weight fraction of 5-30 parts, n-butanol or ethanol with a weight fraction of 40-70 parts, and a polymer type ion dispersant of a part by weight of 1-2 parts together with other aids agent. By dispersing for a certain period of time on a high-speed disperser and a ball mill, nano tungsten oxide alcohol (aqueous) solution with a particle diameter of 5 to 10 nm and a solid content of 30% can be obtained.
