Preparation of Ti-doped tungsten oxide sol. The titanium solution used for doping is prepared, and the titanate, diethanolammonium, distilled water and absolute ethanol are added to the beaker at a certain ratio, stirred uniformly, and placed for use. 100 mL of 0.25 mol/L NaWO4 solution was treated by ion exchange, adding with diethanolammonium to adjust the pH to about 8 to configure the sol.

Preparation of Ti-doped tungsten oxide electrochromic thin film. Place a 3cm x 8cm ITO conductive glass in a beaker containing a cleaning agent, cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, and dried for use. The dried, clean substrate was immersed in the above prepared sol at a constant rate and allowed to stand for one minute. The substrate was pulled up vertically at a pulling speed of 4 mm/s, dried and placed in a muffle furnace, heated to 200 °C for 2 h, and then naturally cooled to obtain a Ti-doped tungsten oxide electrochromic film.
