First, the FTO conductive glass needs to be pretreated:

1.0 Clean FTO conductive glass: The transparent FTO conductive glass with an area of ​​5×2.5cm was sequentially placed in sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate aqueous solution, ultrapure water, ethanol and acetone, respectively ultrasonically for 20min, and the impurities on the surface of FTO were removed. Dry with nitrogen.

2.0 Surface-active treatment of FTO conductive glass: The FTO conductive glass treated in the last step was placed in a DT-01 plasma processor to plasma-treat the surface.

Next, prepare Mo-doped tungsten oxide electrochromic film: By magnetron sputtering, a thin layer of Mo-doped tungsten oxide electrochromic film was sputtered on the surface of FTO conductive glass to control the thickness of the film by controlling the sputtering time. Wherein, the sputtering time was 2 min, 4 min and 6 min, respectively. A layer of tungsten oxide nano-ink was sprayed on the film prepared by magnetron sputtering.
