The prepared Ti-doped tungsten trioxide film is transformed from an amorphous state to a cubic system at 300°C, and the Ti atom replaces a portion of the W atom to form a substitution solid solution. With the increase of temperature, the intensity of the diffraction peak of WO3 increases, the degree of crystallization increases. And the film changes from round particles to massive particles, which gradually becomes dense from looseness and the surface roughness increases. After doping with titanium, the W-O bond of tungsten oxide becomes longer and is more easily combined with lithium ions. Experts also found that increasing the temperature can increase the cycle life of the film, and that the modulation amplitude of Ti-doped WO3 film prepared at 350°C is hardly attenuated.
