Tungsten trioxide can be used to prepare electrochromic film and therefore be applied in the production of electrochromic device. The prepared nano film is the core of an electrochromic device with a "sandwich" structure. An electrochromic device refers to a device that can obtain different transmittance states by applying different voltages within a certain voltage range. The device has a color memory effect. Also, it can maintain a transmittance state when a voltage is applied under an open circuit condition.
