The sputtering method mentioned above is magnetron sputtering method. Magnetron sputtering method is one of the most commonly used physical vapor deposition (PVD) technologies for the preparation of tungsten trioxide electrochromic films. It bombards the surface of the target by the energetic particles, causing the atoms on the surface of the target to emit, thereby depositing on the surface of the substrate to form a thin film. At present, the research on the preparation of tungsten trioxide electrochromic film by sputtering method mainly optimizes the porosity and chemical composition of the electrochromic film by changing the experimental parameters, so as to optimize the electrochromic performance.
