They also introduced that, compared to chemical methods, the use of magnetron sputtering method to prepare Ti-doped yellow tungsten oxide film can improve the electrochromic properties of WO3 thin film while obtaining uniform thickness films on large-area substrates. And it can also realize large-scale production.
