CsxWO3 Powder Applied for Heat Insulation Coating

CsxWO3 powder, mainly nano grain size cesium tungsten bronze powder, may be applied for preparing heat insulation coating. In this process, cesium tungsten bronze nano particles is first prepared into cesium tungsten bronze nano-aqueous phase dispersion, and then directly mixed with a water-based resin by blending method to form heat-insulating coating material. And the prepared coating material can be directly coated on transparent glass building.

The blending method has great advantages in controlling the morphology and size of the CsxWO3 particles, but it is difficult to change the dispersibility of the nano cesium tungsten bronze in the resin. Therefore, in this method, the type of resin, the ratio of each substance, the order of addition, and the mixing time, and even the surface pretreatment of the substrate may have an influence on the coating properties, requiring strict control.

Specific steps: the cesium tungsten bronze nano-aqueous phase dispersion and the resin are calculated and then mixed into a mixed solution according to a certain ratio. And according to specific conditions, a certain film-forming substance and a dispersing aid may be added, and then the mixture is magnetically stirred or ultrasonically mixed and evenly coated on a substrate such as glass or PET, and dried to obtain nano composite coating.
