CsxWO3 Powder Applied for Thermal Insulation Coating

CsxWO3 powder, or cesium tungsten bronze powder, has excellent optical properties so that it can be used for preparing thermal insulation coating, such as cesium tungsten bronze transparent nanocomposite coating material.

Then, the obtained coating material of nano particle size cesium tungsten bronze may be used to prepare transparent heat insulating film, which is a new type of environmentally friendly heat insulation film. Preparation of Cesium Tungsten Bronze Transparent Nanocomposite Coating Material

The preparation process is mainly divided into two steps:

1.0 Prepare cesium tungsten bronze transparent aqueous phase nano dispersion;

2.0 Preparation of cesium tungsten bronze transparent nanocomposite coating. The preliminary work is to prepare cesium tungsten bronze nano-aqueous phase dispersion with good optical properties and dispersibility by hydrothermal method, and then directly use the aqueous phase dispersion to prepare transparent film.
