CsxWO3 Applied for Heat Insulating Window Glass

CsxWO3 may be applied for producing heat insulating window glass. So, the thermal insulation property of cesium tungsten bronze nano powder is one of the important factors that car owners and manufacturers pay attention to as such powder can be made into transparent heat insulating film for use on window glass. The following is a summary of the test results of the thermal insulation function of this new heat insulation product.

According to the results of the heat insulation test, after 20 minutes of irradiation with an infrared lamp, the blank glass (uncoated sample) heat insulation space showed a temperature of 80°C, the film glass sample heat insulation space showed a temperature of 59.8°C. And there was a temperature difference of 21.2°C. After being irradiated by infrared lamp for 30min, the blank glass heat insulation space showed a temperature of 86.8°C, the coated glass sample insulation space showed a temperature of 66.5°C. And the temperature difference was 20.3°C. And after 50min, the temperature difference was maintained at 20.6°C.
