Nano CsxWO3 Applied for Infrared Ultraviolet Shielding Material

Nano CsxWO3, or nano grain size cesium tungsten bronze, may be applied for producing infrared ultraviolet shielding material. And the obtained heat insulating material has been gradually applied in the production process of architectural thermal insulating glass products, such as, thermal insulation film, thermal insulation coating, and so on.
According to experts, the new transparent heat insulation product is getting more and more attention as it has excellent near-infrared absorbance, i.e. good near-infrared shielding performance. What should be noted is that such thermal-insulation material is a type of environmentally friendly product.
Experts have also discovered through experiments that the near-infrared absorbance of cesium tungsten bronze nano powder, such as nano particle size Cs0.32WO3 powder, is closely related to the plasmon resonance of free carriers, and the surface plasmon resonance effect increases with the increase of free carrier concentration. The plasmon resonance effect is enhanced, and therefore the near-infrared shielding performance of Cs0.32WO3 is enhanced.
