CsxWO3 Applied for Window Heat Insulation Film

CsxWO3, such as Cs0.3WO3 powder of hexagonal phase, may be applied for producing window heat insulation film. Expert dispersed the Cs0.3WO3 powder in a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution with a concentration of 1g/10 ml. And it was found that the average particle size of cesium tungsten bronze was 1032nm, and the specific surface area was 27.44nm.

In order to test the light transmittance of the new thermal insulation powder, it can be made into transparent glass thermal insulation coating and tested by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The results showed that the glass sample coated with Cs0.3WO3 transparent heat-insulating coating had the highest light transmittance at a wavelength of 877nm after being exposed for 10 minutes, which was 39%. And it has the lowest light transmittance at a wavelength of 1100nm in the near-infrared region of 780-1100nm, which is 36%. Compared with the highest transmittance in the visible light region, the transmittance at 1100nm in the near-infrared region is lowered by VT (%) = 3%.
