CsxWO3 Applied for Thermal Insulation Paper

CsxWO3, which is of nano grain size, may be applied for preparing transparent thermal insulation paper. However, in order to apply the nanopowder to actual production, it is also subjected to surface modification treatment. Some experts use the chemical mechanical process method to carry out the dispersion grinding and surface modification of the nano powder with a stirring mill.

In the process, experts found that this kind of interface modification technology shows many advantages and plays an important role. This system adopts the wet dispersion grinding method. As the wet method is adopted, the slurry temperature is not easily increased rapidly due to the grinding. Therefore, it is possible to use a zirconia bead ball with a smaller diameter (0.05-0.3mm) and then grinding. Machine line speed (10-16m/s) is used to reduce the time required for dispersion grinding and reaction. Another advantage of this process is that all grinding parameters, such as, the speed of the stirrer, the filling rate of the grinding ball, the flow rate, and the product temperature, can be adjusted to the optimum grinding conditions as needed, and can be scaled up to for use in large production in the future.
