In this regard, the expert used XRD instrument to analyze the crystal structure of the sample: Cu Ka (λ = 0.154nm), tube voltage 40 kV, tube current 40mA, step scan mode, step length 0.0167°, each step stays 0.1s, 2θ scan range 10°-80°. And it can be seen from the experimental results that when the Cs/W ratio is 0.1 and 0.2, there are two mixed phases of hexagonal Cs0.32WO3 and WO3, which are due to the low concentration of Cs in the reaction system. As the materials are not doped completely, the free carrier concentration in the cesium tungsten bronze structure is low. When the Cs/W ratio is 0.3-0.6, the diffraction peak of the sample is completely corresponding to Cs0.32WO3, and there is no extra peak, which proves to be Cs0.32WO3 structure.
