China Will Carry Out the Policy of Copper, Tungsten and Rare Earth Purchasing and Storage

China is considering to implement the policy of part important resource products for purchasing and storage, including copper, rare earth, and tungsten. And the management approach of part rare metals will be similar to rare-earth’s. This is an important adjustments in resource product management policy and will be conducive to keep resource prices stable. Leaders of different departments will formulate the specific programs about product purchasing and storage.

Some of these important resources and energy products are divided into two parts: one belongs to Chinaese serious shortage and needs to import such as oil, copper, cadmium and so on , and their prices are subject to international market.So we can have purchasing and storage when the international market price is in downturn .Another one is that has huge reserves, abundant productions, and can export a large number of products to meet the needs of the international market, mainly rare earths, tungsten, molybdenum, antimony, tin and so on.
