China Molybdenum Powder Price - Aug. 10, 2020

Molybdenum market quotation in China: the prices of ferro molybdenum, molybdenum concentrate and molybdenum powder maintain stability early in this week owing to deadlocked supply and demand. 

Now most insiders hold optimistic attitude towards the outlook. On the one hand, the considerable number of steel tenders has played a strong supportive role in market confidence, but the low bidding price is difficult to offset the original pessimism of traders, so it is difficult to increase the price; On the other hand, affected by the recent heavy rainfall, some molybdenum mining companies have had difficulty in mining. The higher production costs and a significant reduction in output have prompted raw material merchants to further increase their awareness of price increase.
