Prices for tungsten concentrate and ammonium paratungstate (APT) in China stayed firm in the week ended on Friday February 21, 2020 amid persistent supply tightness while the country’s producers gradually resumed operations following the extended lunar new year break.

China's Zhangyua Tungsten' latest price assessment for black tungsten concentrate(WO3≥55%) stood at $13,382.4/ton, up $147.0/ton from the first half of this month; scheelite concentrate(WO3≥55%) was 13,161.8/ton, up $147.0/ton; APT was 234.3/mtu, up $2.5/mtu from early February.
