China Rare Earth Prices - Dec. 16, 2019

China rare earth prices maintain stability in the week began on Monday Dec. 16, 2019 on cautious sentiment of traders and quiet market trading. First, in the context of the relatively depressed global new energy vehicle market, downstream users take a watchful stance, and the demand has not fully recovered. The prices of light and heavy rare earth products have been ranged narrowly. 

Second, the good trade between China and the United States will promote the export of rare earth products to a certain extent, alleviating the domestic supply and demand imbalance, and boosting market confidence. Third, due to environmental protection inspection, most manufacturers are willing to support the market and are reluctant to reduce product profits.
