Chinese Molybdenum Prices - October 25, 2019

Chinese molybdenum prices were in the downward trend in the week ended on Friday October 25, 2019 as the mentality of the traders has been significantly affected under the situation that the steel market demand is generally low. The downstream buyers waited for lower prices and upstream sellers made offers rationally. 

Although the activity of on-market trading and the growth rate of orders in the bulk market were relatively low, the prices of most molybdenum chemical products have remained in a narrow range due to the continuous production restrictions on raw materials and the continuous release of production capacity.
