China Ferro Molybdenum Prices - Sep. 9, 2019

Molybdenum market quotation in China: the latest prices of ferro molybdenum, molybdenum oxide, molybdenum bar are unchanged from last week on thin market trading and heavy wait-and-see atmosphere. 

The molybdenum concentrate market is stable due to the tight supply of raw material molybdenum concentrates and strong rised mentality of mainstream mining enterprises. For ferro molybdenum market, the overall trend is weak. The actual transaction prices of ferromolybdenum products is low, but considering the cost and benefit, most intermediate smelters are cautious. With the approaching of Mid-Autumn Festival and unstable macroeconomic environment, the molybdenum chemicals and their products market continues to be weak.
