Rare earth market quotation in China: domestic rare earth prices start to show stabilization despite of continued deadlocked supply and demand and different expects for market outlook. The main factors affecting the price of rare earths are the fundamental performance of supply and demand and the value of strategic resources.

As of the 29th, the rare earth plate rose by 22% in May, relegating plates of chips, soybeans and pigs to be the biggest winners in May; the Shanghai Composite Index closed down at 5.32%, the Shenzhen Composite Index fell to 6.87% and the GEM index closed down at 7.75%, according to the news.
