China Tungsten Prices Were in a Stalemate in the First Half of April

China tungsten prices were in a stalemate in the week ended at Friday April as the decline in average tungsten forecast prices of Ganzhou Tungsten Association and offer levels of listed companies weakened market confidence. 

Smelting factories adjusted their offers close to the new guide prices and then taking a watchful stance for the market. Downstream buyers were reluctant to purchase at the high prices, which also pressed smelting factories. Affected by the deadlocked supply and demand, some traders became more cautious to trade. On the whole, the imbalance between the supply and demand would be hard to ease in the short term, so the market may continue its weakness.
