Tungsten Carbide Two-fluid Nozzle

Tungsten carbide two-fluid nozzle take advantage of the compressed air for atomizing, which provided by air compressor. Compared with the normal nozzle, the atomizing particle is finer and distributes more uniformly, and it is able to ensure complete evaporation. Among of similar gas-liquid atomizing spray gun, its air consumption is the lowest.

Tungsten carbide two-fluid nozzle has large cover area, the maximum diameter of the atomization up to 3μm-4μm, which mixed with smoke more fully conducive to adjust the amount of gas cooling. In addition, tungsten carbide two-fluid nozzle has excellent anti-clogging performance and it can achieve a fine atomization at lower pressure, which widely used in cement conditioning tower spraying system.
