Silver Recovery Process of Scrapped Silver Tungsten Points

First of all, you should add appropriate proportion of nitric acid (8 mol / L) to scrapped silver tungsten points, and then heat them. You should filtrate after the above process, besides, the filtrate and scrubbing solution could be used together to prepare ultra-fine silver powder. Then, you should smash and sieve the residue after drying them.

Then, you should put the materials after first silver leaching process into the sintering furnace, and sinter 2h at a temperature of 500 ℃.

At last, you should wait until it cooling, and add nitric acid (8mol / L) to carry out secondary silver leaching, then cooling and filtering.
