Silver Recovery Process of Scrapped Silver Tungsten Contacts

Firstly, adding a certain amount of nitric acid (8 mol / L) to scrapped silver tungsten contacts, and then heating it. After that, filtration, and the filtrate and scrubbing solution can be used together for the preparation of ultra-fine silver powder. Then, smashing and sieving the residue after drying.

Secondly, put the materials after first silver leaching process into the sintering furnace, sintering 2h at a temperature of 500 ℃.

Finally, cooling, and adding nitric acid (8mol / L) to carry out secondary silver leaching, then cooling and filtering.
