As research on new graphene-like two-dimensional material is getting more and more important, preparation of WS2 is also a research hotspot. At present, preparation methods of two-dimensional WS2 include mechanical stripping, electrochemical lithium ion intercalation method, liquid phase stripping method, hydrothermal method and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. Wherein, CVD method has advantages of high crystal quality, controllable size and number of layers. However, at present, there are still few studies on synthesis of WS2 by CVD method. In the existing reports, the size of the prepared two-dimensional WS2 is only a few tens to one hundred microns, which cannot achieve the purpose of controlled growth. Therefore, researchers are still in-depth research on synthesis of tungsten disulfide.
