Preparation of WO3-TiO2-ZnO Composite Film

First, WO3 sol, TiO2 sol, and ZnO sol were prepared by sol-gel method, and then WO3-TiO2-ZnO composite sol was formed after mixing at a certain ratio. Using transmission electron microscopy and UV-visible spectrophotometer to characterize the composite sol to find that the particle size distribution of the composite sol is in the range of 10-30nm, and it has good photochromic reversibility. Second, a certain amount of citric acid is added to the composite sol with a molecular ratio of WO3: TiO2: ZnO = 16: 2: 1, and then a WO3-TiO2-ZnO composite film can be prepared on a glass substrate by sol-gel dip-coating method.
