Engine Tile and Crankshaft Lubrication Protective Layer

The piston and connecting rod mechanism are connected to the crankshaft. The crankshaft bears the pressure generated by the combustion of fuel mixture through the piston and connecting rod, and converts the reciprocating motion of the piston into rotating motion. A sliding component between the crankshaft and the connecting rod becomes a bearing, which together with the oil forms a sliding bearing.

How to avoid dry friction between tiles and crankshaft, which eventually leads to lock-in between crankshaft and connecting rod? The method is very simple, that is to select high quality lubricants, in addition, you can also add lubrication protective layer between crankshaft and connecting rod, can play an anti-lock double insurance. The coating material may be composed of the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of PAG polyether base oil, 15-30 parts of modified plant-based synthetic ester oxidation sunflower oil, 3-8 parts of epoxy resin, organic molybdenum 1 -5 parts, 5-10 parts of tungsten disulfide powder, 3-7 parts of tungsten disulfide powder, 5-15 parts of fluorinated graphite powder, 5-10 parts of polyphenylene, 1-3 parts of flame retardant, anti-wear agent 1-5 parts, antioxidant 0.1-0.5 parts.

The PAG polyether base oil, modified plant-based synthetic ester sunflower oil, epoxy resin, organic molybdenum, tungsten disulfide powder, tungsten diselenide powder, graphite fluoride powder, polyphenyl, flame retardant, antiwear agent and antioxidant were added into the reactor to mix and stir evenly and heat up to 180 ℃, hold for 2 hours, and then cool to room temperature. After taking out the mixture, the coating material used to prevent the engine crankshaft from locking is obtained by full grinding. The anti-lock material is paste.

Applying anti-lock material on the surface of crankshaft journal or/and bearing bush between crankshaft journal and bearing bush (tile) can provide sufficient lubrication to withstand extremely high loads when engine oil is inferior and can not provide effective lubrication or when engine oil is reduced and enough lubrication is not provided between crankshaft and connecting rod. The protective coating which is not easy to wash out and burn down at temperature has excellent water-proof, rust-proof, corrosion-proof and fretting-proof properties for metal parts. It can form solid dry film lubrication in an environment above 200 degrees. It can play the role of lubrication and prevent metal sintering jamming at temperatures up to 1400 degrees. It can effectively avoid tiles and crankshafts. Dry friction between the crankshaft and the connecting rod will eventually lead to the occurrence of lock-in phenomenon, and improve the service life of the engine.
