Workpieces which are as small as 2.0mm in diameter can be tested. It can also be used at the production site, at the sales site or at the material warehouse. This equipment is applied to test the button workpieces in a simple, fast and non-destructive manner. It can perform piece-by-piece hardness testing on batches of finished or semi-finished carbide workpieces.

It has strong adaptability to the shape and size of the test piece and high efficiency. In addition, there is a certain correspondence between the hardness and other physical properties. For example, the hardness test is to test the ability of the metal to resist plastic deformation. This test is to detect the similar properties of metals. Therefore, the test results are completely comparable to each other.
