A cryogenic treatment method for tungsten titanium alloy has been put forward by scholars. The tungsten titanium alloy after cleaning is placed on the sample rack of cryogenic treatment equipment, and the valve of self boosting low temperature fluid delivery device equipped with cryogenic medium is opened. The alloy was treated by gas atomization. After treatment, the power was cut off, the cold source was closed, the tungsten titanium alloy was removed and put into the bath at 15~25 degrees centigrade, and the temperature was rapidly reheated at 180~220 ℃/s.

The cryogenic treatment of tungsten titanium alloy is carried out for two times. The technological parameters of gas spray treatment are: the cooling rate is 8~15 ℃/min, the holding temperature is -150 ~ -196 ℃, and the holding time is 2 ~ 4H.

The cryogenic treatment method of tungsten titanium alloy is mainly cooled by liquid nitrogen gasification latent heat and low temperature nitrogen heat. The cooling temperature is low, and there is no thermal shock on tungsten titanium alloy, which reduces the brittle fracture of tungsten titanium alloy at low temperature. The cryogenic treatment with rapid cooling and rapid heating is adopted, and the rapid cooling method provides greater internal stress for grain refinement and grain rotation. However, the rapid return of temperature after deep cooling reduces the grain length caused by the temperature increase large, consolidate cryogenic effect and improve production efficiency.

The cryogenic treatment of tungsten titanium alloy not only has a certain crystal orientation, but also has good mechanical properties, so as to obtain a good barrier effect of the film.
